How does the job matching service work?
After you sign up, your advisor searches job boards every Monday for roles that match your experience, location, and schedule. Matched jobs appear on your personal dashboard scored on a 10-point scale. Mark what interests you, flag what you've applied to, and skip anything that isn't a fit — all in one place.
Is this free?
Yes. The Inward2Onward Job Match Portal is free for enrolled clients. No cost to create an account, receive weekly matches, or use the dashboard.
How often are new jobs delivered?
Every Monday. Your advisor searches Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and other major boards, scores each role against your profile, and delivers only the strongest matches — typically roles scoring 6 or higher on a 10-point scale.
What kinds of jobs will I see?
Jobs are matched to your individual background — administrative, customer service, data entry, caregiving, office coordinator, and remote roles are common match types. Both local and fully remote opportunities are included based on your preferences.
